Odd Socks Day.. Thankyou

Children raise a fantastic amount and learn more about Down's Syndrome.

It was great to see so many of the children wearing odd socks yesterday, in support of The International Down's Syndrome Association and Cheshire Down's Syndrome Support Group.

I feel taking part in this special event has certainly increased the children's understanding of Down's Syndrome - why it arises in countries all over the world and what the differences are between themselves and those people who have Down's Syndrome.  It has made the children appreciate what they can do to support these people too.  Through all of their donations, the school has raised £174 - so THANK YOU to everybody who took part!
